WCM Associates LLC is dedicated to helping organizations become competitive through the implementation of Lean as a “business operating system.”  We support this activity by publishing leading-edge books and newsletters in the development of Lean as a system.

We recognize that each industry has differences in its operating environment, business goals, and performance measurements. We tailor our Lean approach to those differences versus applying Lean in a cookie cutter approach.   

Our strategy is to teach you how to fish, rather than to just give you a fish. Early on in our relationship with clients, we develop a WCM Associates exit strategy. Our clients do not become dependent on us for their Lean activities. As part of this strategy, we make all of our training material available to our clients. 

Our work is guaranteed. If a client is unhappy with any activity that is performed, the client does not have to pay.
