Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

 Maintaining equipment for 100% on-demand availability

This half day session, designed for associates at all levels in the organization, addresses the major methods of maintaining equipment for reliability.  Practical exercises and examples give participants the foundation for starting TPM in their own organizations.  Tools to measure the effectiveness of the process are provided and practiced.  With operator involvement as the foundation, the plant-wide role changes required to support TPM are established as the starting point on the journey to zero unplanned downtime. 

Pre-requisite: Lean Overview must be taken prior to attending Total Productive Maintenance.
