Leadership Development Day 2

Develop the essential leadership skills necessary to lead a Lean Implementation in your organization.

 

This full day session is designed for Team Leaders through Senior Management, Lean Lead and Certified Lean Facilitator candidates, and other associates holding key leadership roles within the organization.  The session explains the critical nature of empowerment, motivation, and attitude in individuals working in a Lean Enterprise.  Ample opportunity is provided for discussion and application of the key concepts.  (NOTE: This is part two of a two-part program.)  

Pre-requisite: Overview of Lean and Leadership Development Day 1 must be taken prior to attending Leadership Development Day 2.
