Leadership Development Day 1

Develop the essential leadership skills necessary to lead a Lean Implementation in your organization. This full-day session is designed for Team Leaders through Senior Management, Lean Lead and Certified Lean Facilitator candidates, and other associates holding key leadership roles within the organization. The session addresses development of the essential leadership skills necessary when implementing Lean (or any other major change) in the company. This powerful session identifies the behavioral changes and skills needed for a successful implementation. Ample opportunity is provided to discuss and practice the key concepts. (NOTE: This is part one of a two-part program. Homework will be assigned and reviewed at the start of day 2.)

Pre-requisite: Overview of Lean must be taken prior to attending Leadership Development Day 1.
