Inventory Kanbans Workshop Overview

Participants will learn how to develop and implement these visual signals to enhance material flow inside your organization. Proper Kanban design will simultaneously minimize inventory, while providing a materials management process that all employees can interpret and understand at a glance. Discussion topics will include Kanban types and material requirements calculations. Topics will be supported through in-class activities. Participants will also learn how Kanban and MRP can support each other in today's dynamic business environment.
